In the state of Utah, property taxes are well below the national average of 1.07% and are currently set at 0.58%, according to SmartAsset. All property tax statements are mailed the third week of October and the payment is due in full on November 30th unless the day falls on a weekend and then the due date will move to the following Monday. There are a few exemptions including for senior citizens and disabled veterans.

VA Disability in Utah
