The first option is you can choose to pay them in full by November 15th and receive a 3% discount. The second option is you can pay ⅔ by November 15th and receive a 2% discount. The final option is to pay in three equal installments, and this option receives no discounts. These are assessed for the July 1 through June 30 fiscal year.
