What can I say, after working on my credit for years and being refused time and time again, I didn't expect anything different with MHS Lending. After taking the pre-qualification screener we were connected by Amari Smith, and what can I say but she was absolutely amazing. She broke everything down and explained every single step in the process. She explained what was expected of us as buyers and what to do to make the process seamless. Anytime we had a question she had an answer. Using the network of realtors they have made looking for a realtor easy. All I can say is if your in need of a home as a military member or even veteran MHS Lending is the place to go. Highly recommend!!!!

God Sent; A person whom has such extreme abilities, that they are said to be sent from God. This person is freakin' amazing at what they do, and out do anyone who think they can do it better....This doesn't even comes close to describing Amari abilities as a Lender. She was such a HUGE part of making this process possible. Amari goes above and beyond with her customer service as well as her follow-up. What I appreciated most about Amari was how quickly she responded to my communications. When I called/text she picked up or returned my call within the hour. It was not uncommon to get a call/text response within minutes. The best part of all is she was always available 24/7, since my best questions and ideas happened at night and the weekends (the most inconvenient times) I am thankful to have someone of that type of caliber assist and make my experience that much better.
