Our Loan Manager Sabrina Saved our home purchase from failure (Due to another loan Company), got us on back on track, and close on the house we bought on time. We know she went far out of her way to ensure we knew what was going on every step of the way. All of her estimates for closing costs were within a few dollars of dead on. I actually received a bigger return of my earnest money than expected. I would 100% recommend to Everyone doing a VA or any type of loan! They also are willing to do VA construction loans something I found out most lenders will not do. All I can say is than you for your dedication and commitment to getting us in to our Home

I believe that the closing costs were too high. Also sending paperwork multiple times and the slowness to the close was a disgrace as well as changing the closing date 3+ times is not good customer service. The slowness of the whole experience was not something I wish to go through ever again. I have had 3+ VA loans and never experienced the disappointments that I have been through
