Allen Santos was very instrumental in making the home purchasing process a smooth process. He kept me thouroughly informed throughout the entire process. My credit score wasn't the greatest, but thanks to Military Homespot Lending, I am officially a homeowner.

Overall my loan officer Allen knew what he was doing and handled business the right way. I can't say the same once it left his has hands (paperwork). Jacob and who ever Angela from advance credit had know clue as to what they wanted even after talking to the agency (multiple times) that they wanted paperwork from on the phone via 3 way. They would call back the next day and ask for more docs which just the day before they said were enough. It was a definite shit show with Jacob and Angel from advantage credit. Military Home spot should not do business with that company moving forward. They made Jacob look like it was his first day on the job. I want to say thank you to Allen & Jacob for making it happen in the end but it was definitely a learning process for some of us. Thanks guys we made it happen.

Allen Santos is the a premier lending agent! 5 out of 5 stars for outstanding service. He made the loan part of buying a home stress free and enjoyable. The level of knowledge he has in the VA home loan department is next to none. Most notably when we had questions or concerns about anything to do with the loan he would always pickup the phone day or night to answer us. We never had to wait long at all to get an answer.
