Jessica is an experienced loan officer and she prides herself on navigating unique scenarios to help her clients find the best loan product for their individual needs. She specializes in VA home loans and has multiple family members who have served in the military. Jessica loves having the opportunity to help those who have sacrificed so much for our country. Customer service and education is incredibly important to Jessica and she wants her clients to feel like they have all the information and support throughout their home purchase or refinance so they feel comfortable and in the loop.
Jessica was born and raised in San Diego, CA, and enjoys spending time with friends and family. In her spare time, you can find Jessica playing volleyball, camping, taking her dog hiking and enjoying the beautiful San Diego outdoors. Jessica also enjoys giving back to her community by volunteering with local dog rescues and various non-profits.

Jessica and her team, were more than we could have asked for in this crazy market!!! From beginning to the end of approval to closing was as streamlined as you can get!!! The up side to it all was the personality she brought to the table, if you need a new family friend her and the team at veterans united would be the place togo!! Also Jennifer our realtor was fantastic with coordinating and contracting with everything we needed on the front and back end!!!! Those two fantastic and wonderful Women made me and my wife’s life hassle free!!! Thanks you Very respectfully Jonathan and Iris Zamora. P.s.If I had any two sense in the matter, if you needed a director for this particular branch; she is more than well qualified in any aspect of her career!

I love Jess! Our initial consultation was for a refinance and then I ended up selling and buying my home! Jessica was always available for my multiple questions through phone, text and email. Shes a hard worker and she worked well with my real estate agent which helped us get a home quickly after we sold our home. I couldn't do this whole process without her! She is amazing! I also wanted to add that she locked us at an great rate! We couldn't be more happier!

Jessica was speedy with her replies and getting answers for us. Through the toughest market situations in a decade. She personally setup a meeting with us to double check our financial goals and options. She helped create a plan to be very competitive home buyers. We got into negotiations very quickly after that meeting.

As a Active Duty military member, my time is very valuable and she made sure not to waste a second of it.Also, Jessica has numerous members that are apart of her team.
