He enjoys working with veterans because it is a privilege and honor to help those who sacrifice so much for everyone else. In his free time, Josh loves going to the beach, playing volleyball, basketball, and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Overall Review:
I worked with Josh DeLeon and his assistant, Angie. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, they were so good. My credit wasn’t great to start with, but Josh found a way to make things happen, and also walked me through everything. He was ALWAYS available to answer my idiot questions, and was able to keep me calm when I would get riled up about something. He was never pushy, great about reminding me what I needed to do, and was also awesome about dealing with my realtor to make sure everything was good to go. Angie was also so good and ensuring that all of my ducks were in a row so that we could get everything done on time. This was a 10/10 experience and I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to refinance. Don’t let anyone tell you you can’t buy a home, I bought a beautiful house in a high interest rate time with terrible credit (less than 600), and I’m not having to sell my organs to make it happen. This is where I’ll be sending all my buddies for their VA loan needs.

Josh was extremely well to work with. Although I was hesitant to ask (basic) questions, he reassured me to ask any and all. He consistently addressed my concerns and even was proactive on addressing some that I didn’t know would be an issue.

MHS Lending is an outstanding company to work with. I was hesitant at first because I found them on Tic Tok lol. But they did not disappoint they hold true to their word about the VA guidelines and follow them in order to get you approved for a home! I will definitely work with them again in the future if I ever move. Thank you MHS lending!

I been working with Joshua Deleon for about 6-12 months from initial call when I was curious and told me about how they operate. At first I thought I wouldn’t qualify because of my credit and he said that won’t effect me and he did not lie and I was approved for way more than I thought.From start to finish he was very helpful. Walking me through every step of the way. I don’t even know how many times I called and texted him for the most minor detail of the loan and never hesitated to answer or get back to me within the next few hours. Once I found a house he was on top of everything and even estimated everything within a penny of what everything would cost all the way to the payments a hour after I texted him the details of the house and price. If anyone has a chance to work with him he will not disappoint and will go above and beyond to help you get into a great home!

I can't say enough GOOD things about this company. I came to them from a failed attempt with another company. They was more then willing to work with me. From day 1 I felt nothing but family to MHS. I had a couple of hiccups during my process and I was more then confedent that my team would be able to handle it. My loan officer (joshua and team) was absolutely amazing to work with. Joshua was very communicative and open about the next step with me and what we had to accomplish to move forward. I can't thank MHS enough for helping me buy my first home. I would recommend this company to any military/veteran looking to buy a home. Thank you Joshua DeLeon.

We were referred to Josh after having a horrible experience with our then loan officer. I'm not exaggerating when I say Josh, Hong and the team saved us and helped us land our dream home! They took us on short notice and got our loan funded ON TIME. Throughout our experience, Josh and the team were readily available, helpful and kind despite the stresses I know they were encountering behind the scenes (pandemic and time issues). Josh is awesome! Our loan was not the typical deal and there were a lot of moving parts but Josh was so patient and helped us through the whole process. I started the conversation with Josh last year and when finally decided what we wanted to do he was ready for us and did everything he could to keep our loan moving even though things were constantly changing with my father being stuck in the Philippines.

Since I am a first time home buyer. with Joshua's help it was definitely a very easy process for me in comparison to other individuals that I spoken to before about their loan process experience.
