He made the process of financing a home easy and stress free from the time I moved to San Diego, CA in 2020 for the Navy, to now in 2023 as i transition to Virginia. Very knowledgeable with VA loans any other questions I bring to him from VA building loans to multi family investments and more. Due to distance and covid precautions it can be a little scary shuffling the value of your house around the internet. It was reassuring to deal with one person to avoid scammers. Through this confusing process extra effort was made to help keep things straight even though most of that confusion was our fault. Thank you for your patience and a great rate.

My experience was amazing. They got my refinance rate down to 2.75% and I was originally at 4.625%. They’ve saved me a ton of money. Their communication was awesome throughout the entire process and majority of my documents I could digitally sign right from my phone without having to keep going into an office. I’m not sure if it’s possible to get a lower rate than the one they’ve gotten for me, but when I plan to buy my next property I’m definitely using this company. Nick has literally been the best and he’s also an amazing friend outside of the business.
