About Joshua
Personally, Josh is a proud husband and father to wonderful twin boys. Josh and his wife moved to the Tri-Cities, Washington, area in 2015 to be closer to family while they raise their children. Josh volunteers as the Vice-Chairman for the Three Rivers Carousel Board of Directors, as well as being a board member for the Kennewick National Youth Baseball organization. Josh and his wife enjoy watching their kid's sporting events around town, spending time outside at local parks and near the river, and dining at various local restaurants- he loves a good steak or sushi!
Professionally, Josh is an award-winning loan originator who has worked in many different mortgage lending environments since 2013. He loves using his unique experience and knowledge to educate his clients about the mortgage process and help them select the right loan to fit their individual circumstances. Josh's goals with each client are to save them money, provide a seamless mortgage experience, and set them up for future financial success with their home loan.

Josh was highly recommended by our realtor. We found Josh to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, a good listener and clear communicator. Josh helped us find the best way to structure our loan as we considered buy & build scenarios, answered all our questions, and once our other contingencies were met he moved very quickly, resolved a small hiccup with our insurance numbers which could have delayed closing, and enabled us to close 11 days earlier than originally planned! Our realtor was right - Josh McKenzie provides excellent service.

Josh helped us with our refinance and I could not have had a better experience! Everything was clearly explained by Josh. He made the process very fast and simple for us to complete. Josh is very honest, friendly and professional! Definitely will recommend him to my friends and family!

Overall Review:
Josh was recommended to me by a friend less than a year ago. As someone who regularly buys and sales houses it was clear from the start Josh knows his business. When I ask him questions like how long will an interest rate buy down pay itself back he replies with a specific answer immediately. This is the difference between a loan salesman and a loan expert. Thank you Josh on both of the home loans you have done for me this year.

Josh is intelligent and conscientious and serves his clients VERY well, even if that means sharing advice that results in no immediate income for himself. He is extremely customer oriented and, in my experience, always provides the information and direction that is truly best for them. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Joshua was great to work with. He was very helpful and friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was able to find us the best loan and lowest APR for our needs. He was also with us the entire way of our loan and home buying, and even showed up to our closing for our new home. I highly recomend Joshua.

Joshua was very helpful from the day one I got in touch with him, he was able to give me pre-qualification letter same day which helped me to put an offer next day on the house I loved. He was very friendly and also very professional. He always returned my calls right away and made sure all documents ready for closing!!!

From the beginning of my dealing with Josh, it was obvious that he would be listening to my needs, wants and for my best interest. Any concerns, questions or explanations were addressed directly and to my satisfaction. I could not have asked for a better experience in dealing with the large volume of legal papers involved with a refinance. Josh was a pleasure to deal with through the whole procedure. I enjoyed the whole experience so much that I had my son call him for the use of his services.Good job Josh.

Overall Review:
Josh explained the refinance process to us in a way that I was able to understand (I'm mortgage illiterate lol) and always responded to my calls and emails promptly. I never once felt pressured into anything, and he kept our best interest first and foremost. I will absolutely go through Josh again for any future mortgage or refinance needs.
