Mariano has worked in mortgage lending since 2003 – initially as a Processor, and currently as a Loan Officer. He is friendly, humble, and always ready to lend a hand. When he’s not busy at work making homeownership dreams come true, Mariano spends his time at home with his two boys, Enzo & Luca (ages 7 & 3), and his way-out-of-his-league wife, Maria Teresa.

My experience with MHS was AMAZING!! I truly had a power house team! Mariano, my lender was an absolute trooper! He worked day in and day out to make this happen for me! Communication with him was always on point and I was never left hanging wondering what’s next. Gage was one of the processors I worked with and he made things very easy to submit and again communicated in every step. There truly are not enough words to express how thankful I am for this company! I truly did not think this was possible and had been turned down time and time again by other lenders who said credit score didn’t matter but MHS was the real deal with no hidden agendas! I closed in my home yesterday! As a veteran they truly fought tooth and nail to get the benefits I earned! MHS lending you have a customer for life! Words can not express the gratitude I have! From the first call I made to the keys in hand!

My daughter used Mariano when she purchased her first home and referred us, and we are happy we worked with him. Mariano and team are very easy to work with and communicative. Mariano provided updates regularly and walked us through every step of the way. We definitely will recommend and use his service in the future!

The process was smooth sailing. I think most of that came down to Mariano D. being our loan officer. He simplified everything and made it easy to understand and what we needed to do and what we needed to buy our first home!
